Occupation: Accountant and Shareholder, Perkins & Co. With more than 15 years of public and private accounting experience, Brigitte specializes in tax planning, research and compliance for pass-through entities: S-corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. She was formerly a senior manager for Reznick Group in Bethesda, Md., where she had client responsibility for tax and assurance services. Brigitte also has experience in private industry as an assistant controller.

Laurence CottonLaurence F. Cotton, Co-Secretary

Occupation: Naturalist, Writer, Interpretative Specialist & Producer of Historical Documentaries. A former nonprofit executive, Laurence Cotton also serves as strategic planner to a diversity of nonprofit organizations, including those in the conservation, arts & culture, and heritage arenas. He has also served on numerous civic advisory groups for the planning of parks, trails and green spaces. He is an avid outdoorsman. Past Affiliations: Executive Director of the World Affairs Council of Oregon.
